15 killed in Mathura train collision First Images - News In Pictures


A train crash in northern India has killed at least 15 people and wounded many others.

The accident on Wednesday was caused when one passenger train crashed into another, leaving many trapped in a smashed carriage, near the town of Mathura, 150km south of New Delhi, the capital.

The Railways has opened helpline numbers for any inquiry. The numbers are: 1800-180 6131 (Toll free).
