Cool (National Organization for Tobaco Eradication) summoned Arshad Warsi and Tusshar Kapoor after they were caught smoking in a school campus. These actors were shooting in Goa for ‘Golmaal 3′ when this indecent happened and Arshad was even caught on camera with a lighted cigarette.
