Vaada Raha... I Promise movie still
Director Samir Karnik completed his trilogy with Vaada Raha… I Promise. Previously he had given us Nanhe Jaisalmer and Heroes. Having Bobby Deol and child artist Dwij Yadav common in all those three film, what’s more common is the emotional quotient of the film.
It is focused on bond between two patients and what called as hope. The best part of the film includes Bobby Deol’s performance, who gets paralyzed neck down in an accident. Before accident Duke’s (Bobby Deol) life is simply perfect. He is a successful doctor and lover of Nalini (Kangna Ranaut) to whom he is planning to marry soon. But one accident changes his life. The accident makes him paralyzed neck down and so Nalini leaves him. The experience makes Duke an angry person who wishes to die instead of suffering such pain in life. Then steps in the small angel Roshan (Dwij Yadav), another patient in the hospital who helps to bring back the hope in Duke’s life.
