Again i m single wow Here’s some good news we have for all our Ranbir fans that are going gaga over him.
Ranbir is still single; and this was confirmed by the actor himself.
“All these link ups, gossips are of no value till the time you (an actor) prove your might. To be frank, I am not dating anyone,” Ranbir revealed.
Ranbir and Deepika can be seen working together in Anurag Basu’s next upcoming venture Khamoshi. Sources claim that Deepika has not yet rejected the offer to work against her ex – boyfriend. The other cast of the movie includes Priyanka Chopra who is supposed to play a role of mentally challenged girl in the film.
Earlier the film was offered to Katrina Kaif who refused the film due to the presence of Priyanka Chopra in it. The news of Ranbir and Deepika working together in a movie has created a lot of interest. If Deepika accepts the offer to work in the movie with Ranbir then it will be intresting to watch both of them working together after a long. This will be the first film to cast the pair together ever since their break up.
After working with model-turned-National Award winner Arjun Rampal in "Raajneeti", Ranbir Kapoor considers him a "brother for life" and says he loves him so much that he feels extremely jealous of Arjun's wife.
"I have had a wonderful time working with Arjun in 'Raajneeti'. He is my brother for life. I love him a lot. In fact I love him so much, so much that I am jealous that Mehr is his wife, " Ranbir said while addressing a press conference at the Galaxy Hotel here Saturday.
The two actors were in a fun mood as they stood up and started clapping as soon as their co-actor Katrina Kaif stepped on to the stage. They even banged the table instead of clapping later, and Ranbir kept dropping the cap of a plastic water bottle placed on the dais.
Even Arjun went out of his way to confess his feelings for Ranbir as well as the other cast and crew members of 'Raajneeti', directed by critically acclaimed Prakash Jha.
"I have found a good friend in Prakash, guide in Nana (Patekar) sir, enemy in Manoj (Bajpai), a younger brother in Ranbir and Katrina has been a wonderful person who lets me pull her leg, " Arjun said.
He wants to hit the perfect yodelling note. A la' Kishore Kumar, that is. Reportedly, Ranbir Kapoor is all agog with excitement over signing up to enact the late legendary singer Kishore Kumar in a forthcoming bio pic.
To get a first hand feel of the Kishore Kumar persona, the young Kapoor is seeking the help of Lata Mangeshkar, no less, who was a close friend of the playback singer; besides surfing the net and meeting up with KK's close associates.
A close source discloses, "Ranbir's iPod has all Kishore Kumar's songs ranging from the 1950s to the last set of songs that he sung before his premature death."
A thrilled Kapoor asserts in a tabloid talk, "I am going to work very hard to get it all right." Guess, Kapoor's hitting the right note…
Ranbir Kapoor is all set to play the role of yesteryear legendary actor and singer Kishore Kumar and is leaving no stone unturned in researching about his new screen character.
Ranbir Kapoor to look perfect as Kishore Kumar is taking singing tips from melodious Lata Mangeshkar who has sung many duets with Kishore Kumar.
A buddy of Ranbir says, “This is Ranbir’s first biographical character. He doesn’t want to impersonate the legendary singer. He wants to understand the inner life ofKishore Kumar . He’s reading up all the information on KK on the internet and intends to meet all the people who knew the singer well, including Lata Mangeshkar, who was a close friend and associate of KK.”
Ranbir Kapoor is now so hooked to Kishore Kumar that all the songs in his iPod are filled with Kishoreda’s classics.
Ranbir talking about his role says, “It’s too early to talk about that project. But yes, I’m going to work very hard to get it right.”

After 'Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani', cine goers were sanguine of a comic encore from director Raj Kumar Santoshi. The able director, though, opted for a volte face, signing on Amitabh Bachchan for his grim opus 'The Outsider,' slated to be canned in New York.
The heartening news, however, is that Santoshi plans to zoom back into the laugh riot genre, come 2011. And what's better, it's gonna be a flick with Ranbir Kapoor in the lead!
Declares Santoshi in a news quote, "After 'Andaz Apna Apna' and 'Ajab..' there has been a huge pressure to complete a hat trick of comedies. The comedy that I will be signing Ranbir for will be nothing remotely close to 'Ajab.., rather it will be an understated and subtle comic subject. I'd say that it will have a new language for comedy. And believe me, it will be nothing like what we've seen already."
Can't wait to guffaw, Santoshi.
It the buzz is to be believed, Prakash Jha is being bombarded by demands from distributors and marketing strategists to “leak” a steamy scene from his film Rajneeti onto the net.
This, they are telling him, will create for the film the kind of hype Kites got when a hot trailer featuring Hrithik Roshan and Barbara Mori made it “accidentally” to the net recently. Bollywood, incidentally, thinks the Kites trailer was deliberately put on the net to create a curiosity about the film.
Jha’s film reportedly has steamy love-making and kissing sequences featuring Ranbir Kapoor and his American co-star Sarah Thompson. Those who have seen rushes of the film which releases two weeks after Kites, say Ranbir and Sarah in Rajneeti are many steps ahead of Hrithik and Barbara. Jha, however, will not yield to the temptation of selling his film on the strength of sex. Such gimmicks, the filmmaker believes, are for those films which are weak in content.
Ranbir, who is shooting in the US, is anxious to know about the fate of the love-making scenes. The young actor shares his director’s view that audiences should not be enticed to theatres on the promise of sex. Ranbir plays the meanest, most manipulative character of his entire career in the film. Rajneeti stars Katrina, too. But the sex scenes are with Sarah, unfortunately.
