A large explosion has hit the Indian Embassy in Kabul, the second time in one year that the building has been the target of a deadly attack. 
A powerful suicide bomb rocked Kabul this morning outside the Indian embassy, destroying vehicles and splintering buildings, killing at least 12 civilians and wounding at least 67 people, officials said.
