Professional golfer Tiger Woods was reported as being seriously injured this morning around 2:25AM when his vehicle struck a fire hydrant and a tree on his neighbours property, the Florida Highway Patrol has reported.
Woods was taken to Health Central Hospital in Ocoee, FL in serious condition. No other details have been released and hospital staff would not comment on whether or not Woods was a patient there.
The FHP stated the airbags in Woods SUV did not deploy, indicating he was traveling less than 33MPH. The crash is currently under investigation and charges may be pending.
