It will be the first such love scene in Bollywood. “I Am Omar”, one of the four short films that comprise Onir’s upcoming movie “I Am”, will show a gay love making scene. It has been filmed on Rahul Bose and upcoming actor Arjun Mathur.
Onir confirmed the news and said the scene is an essential part of the film and it has to be retained even if it is criticised. Arjun plays a sex worker in the movie and so it would not be possible to do away with the physical aspect of the gay issue, said the director.
The sequence has the actors making out in a public place. While shooting, both the actors did not have any inhibitions and behaved very professionally.
