Arjan Aujla, enacting the reel life scion of Shah Rukh Khan in the K Jo production was required to have a clear American accent. An insider on the K Jo squeals, "In 'My Name Is Khan', Arjan plays Shah Rukh's and Kajol's son who is brought up in America. So it was essential that the child get the accent right. Since the film was shot extensively in San Francisco, a teacher was hired for $ 200 per hour."
Aujla, reportedly logged in close to eight classes in one month, each extending into three to four hours. Pricey talk, eh?
