She batting various issues. Preity Zinta, 'Kings XI Punjab' team owner has turned goodwill ambassador for UNAIDS in India. "All our team players will sport red ribbons during their matches," Zinta declared to the media.
She's seeing red over another issue, though. Zinta is hopping mad at the rampant corruption rate in Maharashtra. She's surely desirous of putting a red, full stop to it.
Zinta opines that the state would have seen dramatic improvement, but for the venal habit of employees getting their palms greased at every twitch of progress.
Opines Zinta, "My strategy is that a cut should be given to government employees against every 'lucrative' project that is passed or completed by them. Or maybe, they should be rewarded with a portion of the profits after a project is successfully done."
