The Mumbai Marathon Charity collections totalled up to a whopping Rs 9 crore. And John Abraham, brand ambassador of the event, was found beaming away at a South Mumbai hotel.
The actor profusely thanked all present profusely and… went on to reveal a spiritual gem. "Years ago, my father told me that one need not go to the church to do good only," John told an eager media and audiences, "What he meant was that good could be done at any place. But I took his advice literally and… never went to any religious place after that! But endorsing the marathon was my way of doing good."
