According to the official Rahul was caught and alleged for selling banned drugs and using them without any consent. It was June 2 2006 when he was caught and Delhi High Court is hearing his case.
Rahul Mahajan was asked to deposit his Passport and get the bail in June so he deposited his passport to Delhi High Court. Now as he was to marry so he seeks for his passport by filing a application to the judge Malik who will hear the case on oth of the March and tell him what is to be done. Rahul has asked for 22 days travel and Honeymoon tour to Maldives.
